I have never been treated with such dignity, care and respect at a mental health facility before. I have left fully supported through all aspects of care. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the cleaning team have been incredible. Most hospital situations, have been in have been somewhat distressing but this has been so kind and comfortable. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
There was a movie with psychiatrist switch overs due to holiday that could have been smoother because the handover did not really seem to happen.

All the staff treat the patients with great care - from the paralysis to the nurses, with from the housekeepers to the catering team- and this has helped me in my recovery greatly. Hopefully, the medications will help me going forward, and my doing regime was Charged and a menatal to 'tweak' it accordingly.

Throughout my admission I have been treated with kindness, compassion and care, from everyone. I have felt looked after and cared for, allowing me to rekindle hope for my future. I am very grateful for all the support I have received- there is no place like the cardinal clinic.

- A lot of the staff seemed us equipped to deal with my issue.
- In considering between staff over rules of the clinic.
- I was not involved with my care plan.
- Staff were overall lovely.
